An American citizen originally from Nigeria. He is a Security Expect with more than two decades in cyber and operational (field) experience pertaining to warfare.
He has been involved in diverse Security (physical, operational and cyber) implementation for the U.S. military. He recently completed his tour-of-duty in Afghanistan where he supported Operation Sentinel and Operation Enduring Freedom. He also spent several years supporting the U.S. Army in Iraq.
His experience in Physical Security involves the implementation and operations of Persistent Surveillance System Capability as a Security Consultant while in Afghanistan.
He has several years in the assessment and implementation of Security Operations (OPSEC) in several countries for the U.S. military.
He has performed tier three systems support in accordance with the SIE OPORD and involved in the Implementation of DOD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) on systems and network in the deterrent of cyber-attacks.
He holds MSc in Marine Navigation from Odessa’s Maritime Academy Odessa, Ukraine, working on MSc in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Bowie State University, Maryland USA, and MBA from University of Phoenix, Arizona USA. He holds numerous IT OPSEC and Cybersecurity Certifications.
Kolade Ayorinde

ICT, GIS and Remote Sensing Expert with more than two decades of experience in deploying spatial data analytical solutions, Web, Mobile Applications and Systems security.
He has implemented various GIS/RS projects for the EU as well as numerous Defense and Intelligence GIS and RS Security Systems for the U.S. Army.
He is the CEO of Skaa Geospatial, a company utilizing geographical information system (GIS) and data analytics for business solution across Africa in the Tourism sector, Telecommunication, Energy, Agriculture, and resource mapping.
He founded Letsgo Continent Limited, a company involved in promoting tourism in Africa through maps and digital media (Letsgo Nigeria Apps.).
He is also the Vice President of DevGRAD where he drives the deployment of digital transformation across thematic areas in harnessing big data for better business profitability and sustainability.
He is the author of Assessing Wildfire Risk in West Africa Using Remote Sensing and GIS, VDM Verlag Dr. Müller (June 2, 2010). He holds MSc in Human Ecology from Vrije University of Brussels, Belgium, MSc in Eremology from University of Gent, Belgium, BSc in Geology and Mineral Science from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.
Chyau N. Shen

Mr. Shen is a technical consultant in the areas of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and payloads, remote sensing, persistent and wide area surveillance, multi-level security data systems, etc.
Mr. Shen was the Director of the Special Surveillance Programs and Deputy Director, Technology Experimentation Center (TEC), Naval Air Systems Command. In these roles, he is the program and technical manager for advanced concepts and directs rapid response technology insertion, remote surveillance and partnership building projects for Department of Defense (DoD). Mr. Shen has a wide technical background and technical expertise in remote sensors, navigation architecture, laser radar and intelligence reconnaissance surveillance.
Mr. Shen has developed a number of rapid response solution to urgent Defense Department intelligence and surveillance needs. He develops the system architecture and directs the integration of advanced technologies into “game changer” yet affordable systems. These systems were quickly adapted, tested, and rapidly deployed to combat zones to support US and Coalition forces. After fielding, Mr. Shen implements spiral developments to continue system enhancements. As deputy Director of TEC, he conducts joint experimentations, demonstrations with partner nations in support of Component Commander partnership building initiatives. Mr. Shen executes programs for the Navy, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, U.S. Special Operations Command, Army Intelligence, and the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization.
Mr. Shen’s accomplishments include the development and fielding of the Persistent Ground Surveillance System (PGSS) and multi-Intel tactical UAV. Both programs address urgent requirements from DoD to rapidly field advanced systems to combat areas. These new rapidly fielded system increases force protection and provides a more complete surveillance picture through development and/or integration of information from new sensors and processing systems. The PGSS program was the first Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD) ever to start, demonstrate, assess, and field in less than one year. Mr. Shen had been a Technical Manager for six major DoD ACTD/JCTDs in the technology areas of electro-optics, laser radar, tactical and high altitude UAS, and persistent surveillance. Mr. Shen and his team received multiple awards and accolades from DoD and, in 2014, Mr. Shen received the nation wide Asian American Engineer of the year Award. In May, 2017, Mr. Shen retired from government service.
Mr. Shen published technical papers in the areas of laser radar and spectroscopy, infrared technology, and ring laser flight control and navigation system. Mr. Shen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.S.E.E.) and Columbia University (M.S.E.E.).
